About Lora

Lora Delos Reyes is a licensed marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor. Like her favorite Disney character, she’s bouncy flouncy, pouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun!

Lora identifies as Filipina American, neurospicy, creative, and quirky. She uses depathologizing, decolonizing, and feminist lens. She is Queer, Neurodivergent, Non-Monogamy and Kink affirming.

Lora enjoys connecting with her cultural identity through continuing to learn and practice Tagalog and cooking traditional Filipino dishes. She spent her early career working with individuals and families in intensive community mental health services including inpatient adult treatment centers, adolescent group homes, wraparound teams, and a non-profit child abuse prevention agency.

She enjoys bringing her love for nostalgic activities, Disney/Pixar, pop culture and music/musicals into the therapy room as relatable analogies/metaphors to make sense of our experiences.
